摘要

新时代境况下,随着人民生活水平的提高,饮料行业得到了迅速的发展.合理回收饮料瓶,不仅可以保护环境,还可以节约资源.因此,开展了基于材质分类的饮料瓶自动回收装置设计研究,结合风选装置和磁选装置对饮料瓶进行分类,运用尖端刺破饮料瓶的方式对投入的饮料瓶进行放气、漏液等预处理后实现饮料瓶的分区存储.通过试验对比,证明了此回收设备回收准确率较高,为饮料瓶回收行业提供了一种行之有效的手段.

Abstract

In the new era,with the improvement of people's living standards,the beverage industry has developed rapidly.Reasonable recycling of beverage bottles can not only protect the environment,but also save resources.Therefore,the design and research of automatic recovery device for beverage bottles based on material classification are carried out.Combined with the air separation device and the magnetic separation device,the beverage bottles are classified,and the way of puncturing the beverage bottle with the tip is used to complete the discharge and leakage of the input beverage bottles,so as to realize the partition storage of the beverage bottles.Through comparative test,it is proved that the recycling accuracy of this recycling equipment is high,which provides an effective means for the beverage bottle recycling industry.
