软件过程绩效基线的建立方法实践

摘要
数字化转型对数据的应用提出了更高的要求,需要以数据为驱动提升企业实现目标的能力,实现数字赋能.《CMMI V2.0》、GJB 5000B—2021《军用软件能力成熟度模型》提出通过建立过程绩效基线来衡量过程能力,实施量化管理.基于软件研发过程,介绍了过程绩效基线建立的具体流程和步骤,特别是过程数据样本呈正态分布和非正态分布两种情况下建立过程绩效基线、呈现过程能力的方法,并探讨了过程绩效基线用于软件过程改进的作用和意义.
Abstract
Digital transformation puts forward higher demands on the application of data,it is necessary to improve the ability of enterprises to achieve their goals and realize digital empowerment by being data-driven.The CMMI V2.0 and GJB 5000B—2021"Capability maturity model for military software"propose to measure process capability and implement quantitative management by establiching process performance baseline.Based on the software develop-ment process,the specific processes and steps for establishing process performance baselines are introduced,es-pecially the methods for establishing process performance baselines and presenting process capabilities under both normal and non-normal distributions of process data samples.The role and significance of process performance base-lines in software process improvement are also discussed.
