摘要
在车载雷达接收机系统中,通常需要将接收到的数据进行处理与存储.基于国产FPGA+DSP架构的电路设计,接收机电路模块集成了AD采集和RSSD盘存储两个单元,实现了信号处理与数据存储于一体的功能,提高了接收机的集成度.该接收机已应用于某车载雷达系统中,实现了16位分辨率的100 MHz以下中频信号的AD采集与数据处理,能够存储高达2TB容量的数据,极大提高了车载雷达接收机系统的数据处理与存储一体化性能,整个电路模块的功耗仅为8W,器件全部实现国产,主要芯片均由笔者所在单位自主研发.
Abstract
In the vehicle-mounted radar receiver system,it is usually necessary to process and store the received data.Based on the circuit design of domestic FPGA+DSP architecture,the receiver circuit module integrates AD ac-quisition and RSSD disk storage,so that the function of integrating signal processing and data storage is realized,and the integration degree of the receiver is improved.The receiver has been used in a vehicle-borne radar system,which can realize AD acquisition and data processing of IF signal below 100 MHz with 16-bit resolution,and can store data up to 2 TB capacity,which greatly improves the integrated performance of data processing and storage of the vehicle radar receiver system.The power consumption of the whole circuit module is only 8 W,and all the devices are made in China,and all the main chips are independently developed by the author's unit.
