摘要

外夹式超声流量计是一种常见的流量测量设备,在流量计量中具有广泛的应用.然而,超声流量计测得值的准确性和可靠性往往受到多种因素的影响.为了保证超声流量计在线测量过程中受测量管道外径、测量管道壁厚和测量液体流速等参数的影响下测量结果准确且可靠,结合JJG 1030-2007《超声流量计》检定规程的要求,针对超声流量计的在线测量过程,将超声流量计测量结果的不确定度分为多个部分进行讨论,对超声流量计的测量结果进行不确定度分析与评定.并通过实验对该方法的有效性进行验证,结果表明,该方法能够有效地对超声流量计测量结果进行评定,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract

The external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter is a common flow measurement equipment and is widely used in flow measurement.However,the accuracy and reliability of the measured values of the ultrasonic flowmeter are often affected by various factors.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results during the online measurement process of ultrasonic flowmeters under the influence of parameters such as measuring pipeline outer di-ameter,measuring pipeline wall thickness,and measuring liquid flow rate,in accordance with the requirements of the JJG 1030-2007"Verification regulation of ultrasonic flowmeters",for the online measurement process of ultrason-ic flowmeters,the uncertainty of the measurement results of ultrasonic flow meters is divided into multiple parts for dis-cussion,and the uncertainty analysis and evaluation of the measurement results of ultrasonic flowmeters are conduct-ed.And the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments,and the results show that the test method can ef-fectively evaluate the measurement results of ultrasonic flowmeter and has certain practical value.
