摘要
对于现场无法拆却的大口径管道流量计,目前大部分企业选择在线校准[1]的方法来实现量值溯源,故现场校准的准确与否直接影响着其正常使用.根据在线计量的实际需求,采用标准表法比对管道材质、管径、壁厚测量、输入误差、内衬、示值误差读数、磁场因素、流体温度和前后直管段长度等因素对大口径在线流量计现场校准的影响进行了研究,并提出了相应的改进措施,为大口径在线流量计的现场校准提供了一定的指导.
Abstract
For large diameter pipe flowmeters that can not be disassembled in the field,most enterprises choose on-line calibration method to achieve quantity value traceability,so the accuracy of on-site calibration directly affects its normal use.According to the actual demand of online metering,the influence of pipe material,pipe diameter,wall thickness measurement,input error,inner liner,indication error reading,magnetic field factor,fluid temperature,front and back straight pipe length on the field calibration of large diameter online flowmeter is studied by using stan-dard table method,and the corresponding improvement measure are put forward,which provides some guidance for the field calibration of large diameter online flowmeter.
