Design and Analysis of Performance Testing for Domestic Processors Based on SPEC CPU 2006
The development status of domestic processors is introduced by studying domestic processors with differ-ent architectures.Based on the working process of the processor, the internal and external factors that affect proces-sor performance are analyzed.Test scenarios using different memory capacities, different memory rates, and different versions of GCC compiler are designed, and the computing speed and throughput performance of domestic proces-sors based on ARM and X86 architectures is tested by the internationally authoritative CPU performance testing tool SPEC CPU2006.The impact of different configurations on the test results are analyzed by comparing the scores of benchmark programs. The results show that large memory capacity and high speed have little impact on the comput-ing speed performance of the processor, but the throughput performance is better. The higher the GCC compiler ver-sion is,the higher the processor throughput performance test score will be.
