Research on the Mechanism of Fast Screening and Fast Inspection for Quality and Safety of Key Industrial Products
The implementation of efficient and fast supervision on the quality and safety of key industrial products is an important content of market supervision departments to carry out supervision innovation under the new situation.Ac-cording to the practice of fast screening and fast inspection for quality and safety of key industrial products,starting from the definition discrimination of fast screening and fast inspectation,the characteristics,contents and methods of fast screening and fast inspectation are put forward.From the perspective of providing the technical support for the quality and safety supervision of government departments,the management process,technical process system and system framework of the rapid screening and rapid inspection in technical institutions are studied,the differences and requirements of technical work are analyzed from the qualitative aspect of fast screening and quantitative aspect of fast inspectation,and the solutions are put forward according to the problems and difficulties faced by technical institutions in carrying out fast screening and fast inspectation work.Through the analysis and research on the working mechanism of fast screening and fast inspection of industrial products,it provides a theoretical reference for technical institutions to establish scientific management process and working methods of fast screening and fast inspection.
