摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,卷烟工业对我国的经济起到了推动作用,制丝车间是卷烟厂的重点车间,电气设备的运行压力比较大,如果没有经过严格的维修会给设备运行造成阻碍.因此,研究卷烟厂制丝车间电气设备维修模式和措施,可以很好地了解目前卷烟厂制丝车间电气设备维修的现状,找到维修模式存在的不足和漏洞,针对这些不足和漏洞制定相对应的处理方案,以便能够优化电气设备的维修模式,加强维修人员与维修模式的配合程度,减少维修人员的维修和保养压力,提升设备运行的安全与质量,推动卷烟厂制丝车间的综合发展.
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's economy,the cigarette industry has played a driving role in promoting China's economy.The silk workshop is the key workshop of the cigarette factory,the operation pressure of electrical equipment is relatively large,if there is no strict maintenance,it will hinder the operation of equipment.Therefore,studying the maintenance mode and measures of electrical equipment in the wire workshop of the cigarette factory,we can have a good understanding of the current situation of electrical equipment maintenance in the wire workship of the cigarette factory,find out the deficiencies and loopholes in the maintenance mode,and then make corresponding processing scheme aiming at these shortcomings and loopholes,so as to optimize electrical equip-ment maintenance mode,strengthen the cooperation between maintenance personnel and maintenance mode,re-duce maintenance pressure of maintenance personnel,improve the safety and quality of equipment operation,and promote the comprehensive development of cigarette factory silk workshop.
