摘要
首先,介绍了GJB 5000B原因分析过程域的标准要求、关键活动及产品、实施要点;其次,阐述了在软件开发的工程实践中,如何识别问题来源,如何进行原因分析,如何对问题进行闭环处理;然后,详细描述了软件研制过程中,常见的风险问题、评审问题、不符合项问题和测试问题等各类软件问题的处理流程,并给出解决问题时的注意事项;最后,详细地叙述了质量问题归零的主要内容和关键步骤等.实践证明,完整、准确、规范、有效的原因分析可提高问题整改的效率,也能提高软件产品的实物质量.
Abstract
Firstly,the standard requirements,key activities,products,and implementation key points of the GJB 5000B cause analysis process domain is introduced.Then,how to identify the source of problems,how to conduct cause analysis,and how to carry out closed-loop problem handling in the engineering practice of software develop-ment is explained.Next,the handling process of various software problems such as common risk issues,review is-sues,non conformance issues,and testing issues during the software development process are introduced,and precautions are given when solving problems.Finally,the main content and key steps of problem zeroing are ex-plained in detail.Practice proves that complete,accurate,standardized,and effective cause analysis can improve the efficiency of problem rectification and also improve the physical quality of software products.
