Design of Museum AR Photo Punching System Based on User Experience——Taking the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum as an Example
Museums are important carriers of cultural heritage, but small and medium-sized thematic museums face challenges in attracting tourists, which is not conducive to cultural inheritance. Taking Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum as an example, the current situation of the museum's service mode is deeply observed and analyzed from the perspective of user experience, while questionnaire survey and user interview are used to investigate. The study found that tourists would encounter difficulties in understanding the explanation and confusion in the route when visit-ing. In order to solve these problems, a user experience-based AR photo clock system design strategy is proposed for design practice to optimize the tour path, innovate the punch card method and improve the usability and flexibility, so as to attract more tourists and promote cultural inheritance.
