通过对医院医用器械的使用情况进行调研,发现目前传统的治疗车不仅工作效率低下,而且还可能增加院内感染的风险,已经难以满足医院的使用需求.为了解决上述问题,在传统治疗车的基础上,设计了一款智能消毒治疗车.首先,设计了该智能消毒治疗车的总体机械结构,包括紫外线消毒装置、内部结构框架、外壳和抽屉传动装置;其次,对标准件同步轮同步带机构和滚动轴承进行了设计计算和选型;然后,利用有限元分析软件对关键零部件轴承座进行了强度分析,保证了关键零部件的稳定性;最后,设计制作了该智能消毒治疗车的样机和模型,并进行了试验验证,结果表明,该智能消毒治疗车能够有效地杀灭病毒及避免交叉感染,具有较好的应用前景.
Design of Intelligent Disinfection Treatment Vehicle
Through the investigation of the use of hospital medical equipment, it is found that the traditional treatment car is not only inefficient, but also may increase the risk of nosocomial infection, which has been difficult to meet the needs of hospitals. In order to solve the above problems, based on the traditional treatment vehicle, an intelligent dis-infection treatment vehicle is designed. Firstly, the overall mechanical structure of the intelligent disinfection treatment vehicle is designed, including ultraviolet disinfection device, internal structure frame, shell and drawer transmission device. Secondly, the synchronous belt mechanism of the synchronous wheel and the rolling bearing of the standard parts are designed, calculated and selected. Then, the strength analysis of the bearing seat of the key parts is car-ried out by using the finite element analysis software to ensure the stability of the key parts. Finally, the prototype and model of the intelligent disinfection treatment vehicle are designed and made, and the verification test is carried out. The test results show that the intelligent disinfection treatment vehicle can effectively kill the virus and avoid cross in-fection, and has a good application prospect.
