航天设备的FPGA安全远程更新与快速在线重构技术

为了解决航天设备中现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)总装后需远程更新,以及在轨运行时多模式快速切换的问题,实现了一种基于快速启动的FPGA安全远程更新技术和采用内部配置访问端口(ICAP)的FPGA快速在线重构方法.通过文件传输时的握手机制、数据多次校验和在Flash存储区设计关键开关字,保证了更新镜像的安全可靠远程更新;利用ICAP发送热启动跳转序列和内部编程(IPROG)命令,实现了FPGA的快速在线重构.实验验证了多个FPGA设备同时远程更新和在线重构,并在更新失败的情况下,依然可以运行旧版本和再次远程更新,提高了航天设备的研制效率,增强了系统运行的安全可靠性.
FPGA Secure Remote Update and Fast Online Reconfiguration Technology for Aerospace Equipment
In order to solve the problems of remote update of field programmable gate array (FPGA) after assembly and fast multi-mode switching during on-orbit operation in aerospace equipments, a secure remote update technolo-gy of FPGA based on fast startup and a fast online reconfiguration of FPGAs using internal configuration access port (ICAP) are realized. Through the handshake mechanism of file transfer, multiple verification of data, and the design of key switchwords in Flash, the security and reliability of remote update of the image are ensured. ICAP is used to send warm boot jump sequence and internal PROGRAM (IPROG) command, the fast online reconfiguration of FPGA is realized. The experiment verifies that several FPGA devices can be updated remotely and reconfiguration online at the same time, and can still run the old version and remote update again when the update fails, which improves the development efficiency of aerospace equipment and enhances the safety and reliability of system operation.
