Simulation Evaluation of the Constant Stress Acceleration Test Scheme Based on Monte-Carlo Simulation
In order to ensure the correctness and feasibility of the reliability accelerated test scheme, a simulation e-valuation method based on simulation is proposed. Taking the constant stress accelerated life test of the most repre-sentative Weibull life distribution product as an example, and taking the index representing the accuracy and stability of the test results, that is, the mean and standard deviation of the progressive variance of the median life estimate, as the evaluation index, the failure data are generated through Monte-Carlo simulation to evaluate the statistical accu-racy and stability of different test schemes, which provides ideas and example verification for the engineering realiza-tion of the optimization design of the accelerated life test.
