Research on Steady Phase Transmission of RF Signal Based on Frequency-shift Heterodyne Technique
In recent years, the signal transmission between distributed antennas of ground radar is developing to-wards large broadband and high precision. In order to meet this development requirement, a new frequency shift het-erodyne phase comparison method is proposed aiming at the problems that the phase comparison link of RF signal is limited by electronic bottleneck and the working band width is narrow, and the phase difference detection between high-frequency signals is faced with low accuracy in the current distributed radio frequency signal stable phase transmission method. By comparing the phase difference between two low frequency signals, the phase jitter intro-duced in the transmission of high frequency signal in optical fiber can be obtained. Because the phase difference is transferred from high frequency to low frequency signal without changing its size, the precision of phase difference de-tection is improved, the system cost is reduced, and the working bandwidth of the system is increased. The feasibility of this method is verified by theoretical analysis and simulation.
