电磁兼容设计是产品设计的一项重要内容,其中CE102传导发射是设备和分系统级产品电磁兼容设计的重要项目之一.以某型便携控制装置为研究对象,开展了电磁兼容CE102项目的设计研究,通过在电源输入端增加电源线滤波器的方法,实现在有限空间有效提高插入损耗从而实现电源线滤波的目的,通过试验结果证明了上述设计方法的有效性,所做研究对开展产品的电磁兼容设计具有借鉴意义与参考价值.
Research on a Design Method of CE102 of EMC
EMC design is an important content of product design, and CE102 conduction emission is one of the im-portant items in the EMC design of equipment and subsystem products. Taking portable control device as the research object, the design and research of CE102 of EMC is carried out. By adding a power line filter to the input end of the power supply, the insertion loss is effectively increased in a limited space and the purpose of power line filtering is achieved. The validity of the above design method is proved by the test results, and the research has reference sig-nificance and value for developing EMC design of products.
