Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Power System Relay Protection
In view of the course ideological and political teaching reform task of the power system relay protection course for electrical engineering and automation major, the reform research of the course teaching is carried out in ac-cordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education's guidelines for ideological and political construction in higher education courses. Based on the characteristics of the profession and course, three ideological and political goals of the course, namely"firmly establishing ideals and beliefs, cultivating patriotism and shaping the spirit of craftsmanship", are proposed, On this basis, three types of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, namely"dialectical thinking, craftsmanship spirit and patriotism", are established. Taking the teaching design of cur-rent protection as an example, the specific practice of integrating the ideological and political elements of"dialectical thinking"into the curriculum is demonstrated by analyzing the contradictory relationship between the"four characteris-tics"requirements of relay protection device.
