"互联网+"双创大赛是教育部和各大高校联合主办的一项大学生技能大赛,近几年在国内大力发展,主旨是激发大学生的创新创业能力.青岛黄海学院车辆工程系为提高该专业学生的双创能力,以"互联网+"双创大赛为载体,建立了"一体、两师、三保、四促"的新型双创人才培养模式,它是以双创大赛为抓手,校内和校外双导师培养机制为支撑,以系统的课程体系、高素质的教师指导团队和完备的大赛平台建设为保障的人才培养新模式.该模式对专业课程体系的完善、教师团队水平的提高、双创大赛机制的建设和产教融合的深入发展都有良好的促进作用,通过该人才培养模式车辆工程专业学生有效提升了双创能力,为该行业的快速发展储备了综合性人才.
Research on the Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Based on the"Internet+"Contest
"Internet+"innovation and entrepreneurship competition is a college student skills competition jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Education and universities. In recent years,it has been vigorously developed in China,with the main purpose of stimulating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. In order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in this major,the department of vehicle engineering of Qingdao Huanghai University has established a new talent training model of"one carrier,two teachers,three guarantees and four promotions"with the"Internet+"innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the carrier. It is a new mode of talent cultivation which takes the innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the handhold,the internal and exter-nal double tutor training mechanism as the support,and the systematic curriculum system,the high-quality teacher guidance team and the complete competition platform construction as the guarantee. This model has a good promoting effect on the improvement of the professional curriculum system,the improvement of the teacher team level,the con-struction of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition mechanism,and the in-depth development of industry e-ducation integration. Through this talent training model,students majoring in vehicle engineering have effectively im-proved their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and comprehensive talents for the rapid development of the in-dustry are reserved.
