机载有源相控阵雷达外场巡检系统的设计与研究

机载有源相控阵雷达在交付用户后,需要构建一种基于快速故障定位和修理为目的的装备型测试系统.由于外场条件有限,无法对雷达阵面的T/R组件幅相等性能进行测试,在充分利用天线阵面监测耦合线资源的基础上,提出一种基于原位测量技术的测试方案,并设计了巡检系统.该系统从雷达外场巡检的需求出发,对雷达参数进行实时测试,对雷达状态进行实时控制,建成智能化、信息化和小型化的外场智能巡检系统.其特点是选用最新测试技术,按照"新一代测试系统"进行架构,提高了外场测试的适应性和灵活性,实现了机载雷达外场精益保障自动化、一体化.
Design and Research of Field Inspection System for Airborne Active Phased Array Radar
After the airborne active phased array radar is delivered to the user,it is necessary to construct an equip-ment test system for the purpose of fast fault location and repair. Due to the limited external field conditions,it is im-possible to test the amplitude and phase performance of the radar array T/R module. On the basis of making full use of the antenna array monitoring coupling line resources,a test scheme based on in-situ measurement technology is pro-posed,and a patrol system is designed. According to the demand of radar field inspection,the system tests the radar parameters in real time and controls the radar state in real time,so that an intelligent,information and miniatur-ized intelligent inspection system for the field is built. Its characteristic is to select the latest test technology and carry on the architecture according to the"new generation test system",which improves the adaptability and flexibility of the field test,and realizes the automation and integration of the field lean guarantee of the airborne radar.
