电气设备外壳防尘试验概述及装置优化设计

防尘试验是判定电气设备外壳防尘性能的关键步骤,防尘试验装置是进行防尘试验时的主要设备,目前传统的防尘试验装置存在检验效率低、试验结论准确度不够等缺陷.基于此,对防尘试验的相关标准进行了分析,指明了传统防尘试验装置的缺点,通过增加试验箱体加热除湿功能、增加抽真空通道数量和实现自动控制功能等装置优化设计手段,可实现防尘试验无人化值守、确保试验准确性和检验效率提升3~7倍,可为外壳防尘试验检验工作提供一定的指导.
Overview of Dustproof Test of Electrical Equipment Enclosure and Device Optimization Design
Dustproof test is the key step to judge the dustproof performance of the electrical equipment shell,and dustproof test device is the main equipment for dustproof test. Currently,the traditional dustproof test device has de-fects such as low inspection efficiency and insufficient accuracy of test conclusions. Based on this,the relevant stan-dards of dustproof test are analyzed and the shortcomings of the traditional dustproof test device is pointed out. By in-creasing the heating and dehumidification function of the test box,increasing the number of vacuum channels and re-alizing the automatic control function,the dustproof test unmanned duty can be achieved,the test accuracy can be ensured,and the inspection efficiency can be improved by 3 to 7 times,which can provide some guidance for the dustproof test and inspection of the shell.
