Design of a Steady Phase Transmission System Based on Mixing Principle
At present, the signal transmission in distributed coherent radar system is developing towards low phase noise and high stability. In order to comply with this development trend,a new phase stabilization scheme is designed aiming at the problems of the current phase stabilization transmission methods in distributed coherent radar systems, such as complex structure and large phase noise of the radio frequency signal output at the remote end after phase stabilization. The scheme relies on the principle of mixing elimination to transmit a detection signal once round trip through the optical fiber for sensing the delay jitter of the optical fiber link. After returning to the local end,the detec-tion signal is mixed with another frequency signal to achieve symbol conversion,pre-compensate RF signal phase jit-ter,and finally achieve stable phase transmission. The system structure is relatively simple, the phase stabilization ef-fect is good, and it can effectively improve the quality of RF signal transmission, and theoretical analysis and experi-ment verify the feasibility of the design.
