Research on the Application of Information Technology in Enterprise Asset Management
Informatization can realize real-time supervision and dynamic management of the entire life cycle of assets through the integration of advanced technologies and systems,which can greatly improve the efficiency of manage-ment,reduce management costs,and enhance management security. The influence of informatization technology on enterprise properties management is studied,the corresponding strategies are proposed for implementation,such as building property management information systems to record,manage and present the full life cycle of properties,using RFID technology and IoT to further the management efficiency,and achieving fine management. So that,the advantage of informatization will be profoundly utilized to establish a more efficient,more economic,and more se-cured mode of property management.
