Research on the Application of Intelligent Cleaning Equipment in the Auxiliary Motor Purge Room
Aiming at the problems of high manual labor intensity, long duration, and physical harm caused by dust in locomotive auxiliary cleaning operations, a smart cleaning equipment for auxiliary machine blowing and sweeping room is designed, which integrates functions such as automatic part transportation, identification of models, determi-nation of cleaning methods, and quick switching of robot cleaning modes. It utilizes two flexible multi axis robots to simulate manual cleaning actions based on the shape characteristics of auxiliary machines and their accessories, as well as the cleaning process. It is coordinated with intelligent rail transport vehicles and other cleaning auxiliary equip-ment, and combined with automation devices to control the switching of air and water washing modes. At the same time, through intelligent ventilation and dust suction equipment, the dust generated during operation is collected in the central dust collection and treatment equipment for filtration and purification to achieve dust- free requirements. The intelligent cleaning equipment achievs the design goals of replacing manual cleaning machines auxiliary by robots, making the work process intelligent, less humanized, and high efficiency, improving the working environment and preventing the occurrence of occupational pneumoconiosis.
