Exploration of Teaching Reform for the Course of Microprocessor and Interface Technology Based on EtherCAT
With the rapid development of the new information technology, traditional industries urgently need a large number of professional staff with information technology capabilities. However, it is insufficient for universities to inte-grate traditional professional courses and new technologies. A teaching method that integrates industrial internet tech-nology into the core course of microprocessor and interface technology for electronic information majors are explored. In terms of teaching, teaching exploration is made by reasonably combining abstract knowledge with popular science knowledge related to industrial internet, using mind maps to sort out the relationship among knowledge points for stu-dents, and arranging MOOC resources for learning in spare time. In the practical stage, by introducing the EtherCAT communication protocol, students can master the technology of using microprocessors to connect to the industrial in-ternet. Through teaching and practical verification, students not only understand the industrial internet, but also im-prove their engineering application ability to use microprocessors for programming practices.
