摘要
军贸产品的质量水平是保证其国际市场竞争力的重要要素.企业在军贸产品科研生产过程中,实际面临着质量监督和管理体系不健全、军贸队伍建设不足、过程控制不够精细、质量奖惩力度不足、服务意识不强等问题.因此,从军贸产品科研生产全过程考虑,从顶层战略规划、监督组织、重点过程管控、产品服务和质量奖惩激励5个方面提出了质量监督和管理举措,建立了军贸产品的质量监督和管理体系,以切实提高军贸产品的质量和作战效能.
Abstract
The quality level of military trade products is an important factor to ensure its competitiveness in the inter-national market. In the process of scientific research and production of military trade products,enterprises are actually faced with problems such as imperfect quality supervision and management system,insufficient construction of mili-tary trade team,insufficient process control,insufficient quality reward and punishment,and weak service aware-ness. Therefore,the whole process of scientific research and production of military trade products is considered,quality supervision and management measures are put forward from the five aspects of top-level strategic planning,supervision organizating,key process control,product service,quality reward and punishment incentive,and the quality supervision and management system of military trade products are established to effectively improve the quality and combat effectiveness of military trade products.
