Electronic information equipment has complex composition,high technical content and wide application,and its quality has gradually become the focus of attention. Therefore,how to ensure that electronic information equip-ment is useful and easy to use is analyzed and studied. Firstly,the connotation of electronic information equipment quality is analyzed. Then,problems existing in electronic information equipment are analyzed,including insufficient top-level design ability,inadequate understanding of user needs,insufficient maturity of key technologies,inade-quate testing and verification,low software quality level,insufficient after-sales service guarantee ability,and high cost. Finally,the countermeasures for related problems are proposed,which has certain guiding significance for im-proving the quality and reliabillity of electronic information equipment.
