Firstly,the working process of product technical status management is introduced. Then,the key points of technical status identification,technical status control,technical status recording and technical status audit are de-scribed respectively. Finally,the specific content of technical status management in product project demonstration stage,scheme design stage,prototype development and performance verification test stage,performance appraisal test and state appraisal stage,product type stage,ordering production stage,operation and maintenance stage in engineering practice is described in detail. Practice has proved that the product technical status management method can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of product research and development and engineering development when applied to similar projects.
