Research on the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements Based on the Fifth-Generation Innovation Model——Taking Scientific Research Institutions as an Example
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a crucial link in the innovation chain. Based on the fifth-generation innovation model,the grading and classification of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the innovation model are discussed from the dimensions of market technology and application objects.
