摘要

科技成果转化是科技创新链条中的关键环节.基于第五代创新模型,以科研机构为例,从市场技术和应用对象等维度探讨了创新模型下科技成果转化的分级分类.深入分析了科技成果转化的阶段及关键点,包括产品化、商品化、中试阶段和产业化等.同时,强调了团队建设、内部激励机制和知识产权管理等在科技成果转化中的重要性.

Abstract

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a crucial link in the innovation chain. Based on the fifth-generation innovation model,the grading and classification of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the innovation model are discussed from the dimensions of market technology and application objects. The stages and key points of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are analyzed in depth,including productization,commercialization,pilot testing,and industrialization. At the same time,the importance of team building,internal incentive mechanisms,and intellectual property management in the transfor-mation of scientific and technological achievements is emphasized.
