Design of Product Reliability
Firstly,the concept and connotation of reliability are expounded,and the important role of reliability is summarized.Then,the development course of reliability is sorted out,and the current situation of reliability is ana-lyzed.Finally,the design purpose,object,process,criterion,technology and experience of nine product reliability design methods such as optimal design of components,design with mature technology,simplified design,derating design,margin design,redundancy design,fault tolerance design,thermal design and environmental stress screening design are studied,which is beneficial to improve reliability understanding,expand the breadth and depth of reliability design,improve the level of reliability design,improve product quality and reliability,and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
