有源相控阵天线高度自动化测试的研究与应用

智能制造正在各行各业全面推广,传统的调试手段效率低、稳定性差,已无法满足有源天线日益增长的生产需求.基于物联网技术,通过自动测试系统软件(ITTS)综合控制软件和高隔离的信号中枢实现对有源天线阵面复杂调试工序的整合,在高安全性的环境下进行天线各个工作模式的全面自动化测试.对ITTS进行了介绍,对信号中枢的组成和工作信号流程进行了分析.通过这套信息自感知、自决策和自执行的智能测试系统,有效地降低了有源天线阵面测试对技术人员的依赖性,提高了产品的一次调试通过率,推动了雷达制造业的智慧化发展.
Research and Application of Highly Automated Testing for Active Phased Array Antennas
As intelligent manufacturing is being fully promoted in all walks of life,the traditional debugging method has low efficiency and poor stability,and can't meet the increasing production demand of active antenna.Based on Internet of Things technology,the ITTS integrated control software and highly isolated signal central pivot are used to integrate the complex debugging process of the active antenna array,and the comprehensive automatic testing of each working mode of the antenna is carried out in a high security environment.The ITTS is introduced,and the com-position of signal central pivot and the flow of working signal are analyzed.Through this information self-sensing,self-decision,self-execution intelligent test system,the dependence of active antenna array test on technical personnel is effectively reduced,the one-time debugging pass rate of the product is improved,and the intelligent development of the radar manufacturing industry is promoted.
