Exploration of Quality Risk Management Method Based on PDCA
Quality risk management is an important component of enterprise management,it involves quality assur-ance,improvement,and enhancement of products or services.The PDCA cycle,as a commonly used quality man-agement tool,has important guiding significance for quality risk management.The contents that need to be paid atten-tion to at each stage of the implementation process of PDCA risk management is elaborated in detail,and the advan-tages and challenges in the application of this method are discussed,so as to provide an effective quality risk man-agement approach for enterprises.
