In order to adapt to the rapid development of electronic information equipment and ensure that the quality is manageable and well managed,the improvement of the quality engineers ability has become an important issue.First-ly,the responsibilities of electronic information equipment quality engineers are sorted out.Next,the situation faced by electronic information equipment quality engineers are analyzed.Then,the problems existing in the work of elec-tronic information equipment quality engineers are summarized,including insufficient top-level planning,weak opera-tional quality plan,insufficient effectiveness of quality supervision,inadequate ability to identify and solve problems,inadequate supervision of the supplier.Finally,in view of the shortage of quality engineer ability,the countermeasures and ideas are put forward.
