老旧型号航空发动机质量提升工作实践

航空发动机属高精尖装备,可靠性要求高,研制技术难度大,其质量水平与研制时国家总体技术能力相关,老旧型号受使用强度加大等因素影响,其质量薄弱环节不断暴露,给使用维护造成了不利影响.为提升某老旧型号航空发动机质量水平,彻底扭转质量问题多发频发态势,对其质量提升工作进行了研究.通过研究质量问题特点规律,找准质量管理、质量监督、设计制造等方面不足,系统地推动了质量提升工作,在促使产品质量可靠性提升的同时,取得了丰硕的管理机制创新成果.
Practice in Quality Improvement Work for Old Models of Aero-engines
Aero-engines are high-precision and advanced equipment with high requirements for reliability.The devel-opment technology of aero-engine is hard,and their quality levels are related to the overall technical capabilities of the developing country.As the operational intensity of the aging aero-engines increases,their quality deficiencies are increasingly revealed,which has a negative impact on their utilization and maintenance.To enhance the quality level of the aging aero-engines and effectively counteract the persistent trend of frequent quality issues,their quality im-provement work is studied.By studying the characteristics and laws of quality issues,deficiencies in quality manage-ment,quality supervision.design and manufacturing are identified,and quality improvement work is systematically promoted.While promoting the reliability of product quality,fruitful innovative achievements in management mecha-nisms are achieved.
