某垃圾车车厢结构有限元分析及优化设计

随着社会的进步,对城市环境卫生保护的要求越来越高,垃圾车成为城市环卫工作的刚需.车厢作为垃圾车中的关键结构之一,在垃圾的运载过程中发挥着至关重要的作用.以当前压缩式垃圾车的车厢为研究对象,分析研究车厢存在的问题,然后通过三维软件建模,在有限元软件中对车厢进行两种工况下的静力学分析,在此基础上展开对厢体结构的优化,从而消除边板受力,减少裂缝现象的发生,以及避免刮板发生局部断裂或者变形过大的问题.通过对优化后的结构进行验证,结果显示优化后的结构满足设计要求,可以提高车厢的使用寿命.
Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of a Garbage Truck Carriage Structure
With the progress of society,the demand for urban environmental sanitation protection is becoming increasingly high,and garbage trucks have become a necessity for urban sanitation work.As one of the key struc-tures in the garbage truck,the carriage plays a crucial role in the transportation of garbage.Taking the carriage of current compacting garbage trucks as the research object,the problems existing in carriage are analyzed.Through three-dimensional software modeling,static analysis of the carriage under two working conditions is carried out in finite element software.Based on this,the optimization of the carriage structure is carried out to eliminate the stress on the edge plate,reduce the occurrence of cracks and avoid the phenomenon of local fracture or excessive defor-mation of the scraper.Through verification of the optimized structure,it is found that the optimized structure meets the design requirements and improves the service life of the carriage.
