摘要

根据所在检验检测机构的科技项目活动与管理经验,结合当前较新的信息化技术手段,充分考虑其应用经济性,设计了一个科研项目全周期管理系统.从需求分析、系统架构、数据库设计等方面,详细地描述了具体的设计思路与方案,设计着重关注科研项目的管理部分,对于信息系统运行所需的必要功能,如审批流程、用户权限、系统配置等进行描述,为科研管理系统的设计提供了参考.

Abstract

According to the scientific and technological project activity and management experience of the inspection and testing organization,combined with the current relatively new means of information technology,and fully consid-ering its application economy,a scientific research project full-cycle management system is designed.The specific design ideas and schemes are described in detail from the aspects of demand analysis,system architecture,data-base design and so on.The design focuses on the management of scientific research projects,and the necessary functions needed for the operation of the information system are described,such as approval process,user authority,system configuration and so on,which provides reference for the design of scientific research management system.
