摘要
设计了一种高效、稳定、安全的船舶回转式起货机控制系统,以提高船舶装卸效率,降低运行成本,确保货物装卸安全.采用基于可编程逻辑控制器和运动控制卡的船舶回转式起货机控制系统设计方案,通过硬件和软件设计的详细介绍,展示了该控制系统的结构、原理和功能.实验验证表明,设计的船舶回转式起货机控制系统具有可行性和稳定性,并在实际运行中展现了高效、稳定、安全等优点.
Abstract
An efficient,stable and safe ship rotary cargo crane control system is designed to improve ship loading and unloading efficiency,reduce operating costs,and ensure cargo loading and unloading safety.The design scheme of ship rotary cargo crane control system based on PLC and motion control card is adopted,and the struc-ture,principle and function of the control system are showed through the detailed introduction of hardware and soft-ware design.Experimental results show that the control system of ship rotary cargo crane designed has feasibility and stability,and shows the advantages of high efficiency,stability and safety in actual operation.
