我国是一个农业大国,对肥料的需求日趋增加,科学施肥关系着农作物的产量,是实现农业高产丰收的关键所在.针对现有肥料选配装置配置不均匀、配比误差大等问题,基于可编程逻辑控制器设计了一种肥料选配称重混料系统.该系统可同时实现4种肥料的称重、选配工作,每种肥料具有独立原料库和储料储备仓,能够独立自动加料、独立称重,对比现有施肥称重混料方法具有误差小、工效高等特点.在详细分析系统软硬件设计的基础上对系统进行了仿真测试,测试结果表明,系统能够较好地运行.
Design of Fertilizer Selection,Weighing and Mixing System Based on PLC
China is a big agricultural country,its demand for fertilizer is increasing day by day.Scientific fertilization is related to the yield of crops and is the key to achieve high yield and harvest in agriculture.Aiming at the problems of uneven configuration and large ratio error of the existing fertilizer matching device,a fertilizer matching,weighing and mixing system based on programmable logic controller is designed.The system can realize the weighing and matching work of four kinds of fertilizers at the same time.Each fertilizer has an independent raw material warehouse and material storage warehouse,and can automatically feed and weigh independently.Compared with the existing fertilization,weighing and mixing methods,it has the characteristics of small error and high efficiency.Based on the detailed analysis of the software and hardware design of the system,the simulation test of the system is carried out,and the test results show that the system can run well.
