摘要

低压成套母排常用在低压电气系统中连接电器开关和电源,一般由多个平行或垂直排列的母排导体组成,铜排是成套电器控制设备的主要导电体之一,成套电器控制设备的铜排和其他电器元件的接触属于一种固定式面接触.母排具有结构紧凑、安装方便、电阻小和传导性能好等特点,广泛地应用于建筑、机械、石油化工、冶金等行业的低压配电系统中.在此类产品中母排接触电阻是一个影响低压成套设备正常运行的关键指标,电阻值的高低直接影响电气设备的工作稳定性和安全性.通常,接触电阻受接触面形状和表面粗糙度、接触面积和接触压力、连接材料等的影响.对低压成套母线接触电阻影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化和改进措施,对于提高低压成套设备的质量与可靠性具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

Low voltage busbar is commonly used in low-voltage electrical systems to connect electrical switches and power supplies.It is generally composed of multiple parallel or vertically arranged busbar conductors.Copper busbar is one of the main conductors of complete electrical control equipment,and the contact between copper busbar and other electrical components of complete electrical control equipment belongs to a fixed surface contact.Busbars have the characteristics of compact structure,easy installation,low resistance,and good conductivity,and are widely used in low-voltage distribution systems in industries such as construction,machinery,petrochemicals,metallurgy.In this type of product,the contact resistance of the busbar is a key indicator that affects the normal operation of low-voltage assemblies.The high or low resistance value directly affects the stability and safety of electrical equipment.Generally,the contact resistance is affected by the shape and surface roughness of the contact surface,the contact area and contact pressure,and the connection material.The influencing factors of metal busbar contact resistance in low-voltage assemblies are analyzed,and corresponding optimization and improvement measures are proposed,which has certain reference value for improving the quality and reliability of low-voltage assemblies.
