随着国家新能源战略的实施,电动汽车充电桩已大量出现.作为贸易结算的强制检定计量器具,其电能量值测量的准确可靠,与消费者的"钱袋子"息息相关.而作为维护该民生计量领域的法定计量机构,自身标准的准确性、运行的可靠性、相互之间的差异性,同样值得关注.为保障充电桩这一民生计量领域,贸易结算工作的有序开展,确保各计量机构强制检定标准设备的量值统一,特对福建省已建立充电桩计量标准的相关法定计量机构,开展比对工作,并对比对结果进行分析,并针对此次比对工作给出了技术分析和建议,对于促进电动汽车非车载充电机的量值统一、准确、可靠具有重要的意义.
Measurement Comparison and Result Analysis of Electric Vehicle non-Vehicle Charger in Fujian Province
With the implementation of the national new energy strategy,electric vehicle charging piles have appeared in large numbers.As a compulsory verification measuring instrument for trade settlement,the accuracy and reliability of their electric energy values are closely related to the"pocketbook"of consumers.As the legal metro-logical institution,the accuracy of its own standards,the reliability of its operation,and the differences between them are also worthy of attention.In order to ensure the orderly development of trade settlement work in the field of livelihood measurement of charging piles,and to ensure the uniformity of the measurement values of mandatory cali-bration standard equipment by various metrology institutions,a comparative work is carried out on the relevant statu-tory metrology institutions that have established charging pile measurement standards in Fujian Province,and the results are analyzed through comparison.And technical analysis and suggestions are provided for this comparison work,which is of great significance for promoting the unified,accurate,and reliable measurement of off board char-gers for electric vehicles.
