Digital empowerment of intellectual property malicious litigation supervision is mainly divided into digital supervision of patent malicious litigation,trademark malicious litigation,and copyright malicious litigation.The digital empowerment of intellectual property malicious litigation supervision is not simply a technical reference,but a deep integration of digital technology and legal supervision system.The inherent logic of its empowerment lies in the reshaping and reconstruction of supervision procedures and methods.The former manifests as the proactivity of clue discovery and the materialization of investigation and verification,while the latter is reflected in process monitoring and case supervision effects.In the process of digital empowerment,there have been issues such as limited research on digital resource acquisition,digital cost offsetting supervision of quality and efficiency,and digital thinking deviating from legal logic.In this regard,a development strategy should be planned to empower the prosecution and supervision of malicious intellectual property litigation through digital means,mainly including building a law enforcement and judicial information sharing platform,establishing a collaborative and proactive legal supervision concept,and promoting the reuse of big data legal supervision models.
