In the face of the world's rapidly evolving major shifts, enhancing strategic coordination through multilateral channels has emerged as a crucial way to underscore the inclusive importance and global relevance of the Sino-Russian comprehensive strategic partnership in this new era.Confronted with the intricate challenges of security dilemmas stemming from prolonged regional conflicts, development dilemmas intensified by shifts in interaction paradigms, governance dilemmas due to a lack of strategic mutual trust, and order dilemmas arising from evolving perceptions of national roles,China and Russia are propelled by a tripartite motivation encompassing self-perception,shared understanding, and external pressures. They are poised to lead the evolution of the SCO and BRICS mechanisms as prime examples of deepening strategic collaboration. This involves,on one hand, harmonizing the governance focus and functional scope of the SCO,ensuring the mechanism's representativeness and credibility while leveraging complementary strengths and innovation opportunities. On the other hand, there is a need to enhance the adaptability and resilience of BRICS cooperation, align diverse expectations, fortify the integration of interests, and bolster risk identification and mitigation strategies by utilizing the"China-Russia experience"as a basis for pioneering cooperative endeavors.By adopting these strategic collaboration practices within a multilateral framework as a"China-Russia blueprint",there is an opportunity to constructively reform and enhance the international order, championing an equitable and systematic progression towards a multipolar world.
