摘要
新一轮扩员后,金砖机制迈上了大金砖合作的新征程.相比以往,大金砖合作在成员差异性、产业互补性和成效协同性方面呈现更加明显的内涵特征,并在理念、行动和制度上为金砖机制提供了应对集体行动难题的新方式.具体来说,自愿加入保障了大金砖合作理念的共融性,非正式对话提升了大金砖合作行动的灵活性,渐进扩员维持了大金砖合作机制的稳定性.并且,大金砖合作统筹了共同利益与包容利益,创造积极效应并避免消极效应,致力于以自身发展促进共同发展,为构建更具包容性、适应性和可持续性的国际合作机制提供了重要启示.作为国际合作的代表性范例,大金砖合作实践已成为国际合作理论的创新之源.
Abstract
After the latest round of expansion,the BRICS mechanism has embarked on a new journey of greater BRICS cooperation.Compared with the past,the greater BRICS cooperation demonstrates more distinct characteristics in terms of member diversity,industrial complementarity,and effective coordination.It offers new approaches to addressing collective action challenges within the BRICS framework through its principles,actions,and institutional arrangements.Specifically,voluntary membership ensures inclusiveness in greater BRICS cooperation's guiding principles,informal dialogues enhance the flexibility of its actions,and gradual expansion maintains the stability of its mechanism.Moreover,greater BRICS cooperation balances shared and inclusive interests,creating positive outcomes while avoiding negative effects.It aims to promote joint development through its own growth,providing important insights for building a more inclusive,adaptive,and sustainable international cooperation mechanism.As a representative example of international cooperation,the practice of greater BRICS cooperation has become a source of innovation for international cooperation theories.
