The political landscape of the Eurasian Continent has experienced tremendous changes with the dissolution of the former Soviet Union in the 1990s.The development and governance still face radical challenges in despite of the fact that the organization has experienced a process of transition and development of more than thirty years.The construction of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization community with a shared future is a significant agenda proposed at the 2022 SCO Summit in Samarkand.The proposal has both theoretical value and realistic significance for the enrichment and expansion of a notion of a world community with a shared future for mankind,high-quality construction of the Belt and Road Initiative with joint efforts,the resolution of the development dilemma,and for the joint construction of a beautiful SCO homeland.
