The existing China-Russia regional cooperation is not only constrained by national and global situation but also the low level of Russia's modernized industrial and supply chains,imbalanced distribution of Science and technology innovation resources,demographic factors,and financing obstacles for market entities of Russia.It is advisable for China and Russia to strengthen cooperation in the chains of industry,supply,innovation,human resources,and funds.This paper proposes a concept of multi-dimensional cooperation for China-Russia regional cooperation as well as relevant ideas and policy advices by analyzing the case of economic cooperation between Liaoning province and Far Eastern Federal districts.
