China and Tajikistan are looking forward to the interconnection of the Silkroad Economic Belt Initiative and the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the Period up to 2030 may deepen economic and trade cooperation,especially industrial cooperation.Explaining the cooperation of Free Economic Zones in Tajikistan,this paper attaches importance to favorable and unfavorable factors behind the entry of Chinese enterprises into the zones for bilateral industrial cooperation.This paper holds that it is advisable to make the free economic zones an essential platform for China-Tajikistan industrial cooperation and proposes forward-looking advices from the perspectives of investment regions,scopes,risk prevention,etc.to provide reference for the outbound investments of Chinese enterprises.
