The Japanese enterprises.Regarding the investment mode,the Japanese entities incline to cooperate with local partners and attach importance to smooth logistics,in stark contrast with Korean businesses entities adopting direct land transactions and land lease in the region.However,the effectiveness of the agricultural investment of Japanese firms has not made adequate achievements owing to a variety of factors.Considering diverse risks in Russia,it is advisable for the Japanese entities to adopt the trade mode primarily and the investment as the secondary mode in their agricultural development,an approach suitable for Chinese enterprises operating in the Russian Far East.
