Here are the three major factors behind Kazakhstan's endeavor to promote the development of renewable energy,i.e.,boosting economic development by means of green energy,establishing an image of green and low-carbon development,actively integrating into global sustainable development,alleviating the tight supply and demand for electric power and optimizing energy landscape,and promoting coordinated development between mankind and the nature and sustainable development.It is advisable for the government to provide policy and institutional guarantees including an explicit development planning,an efficient transaction system,sound grid connection policies,clearly defined subsidies and preferential tax policies,and a sensible electricity tariff adjustment mechanism and framework,etc.
