Occupying the greatest area inside the Arctic circle,Russia boasts its reservation of a variety of biological resources.With both medicinal and edible values,the Arctic biological resources are in consistent with the Cantonese diet culture and their integration is conducive to the creation of unique products and the realization of greater market value.Since the diet culture is an essential part of the China-Russia Cultural Year 2024 through 2025,it is advisable for China and Russia to boost their economic quality by implementing economic activities centered on the element of culture.The author holds that the integration of the Arctic biological resources and the Chinese diet,albeit facing challenges,is both an exploration into a sustainable path of growth and adherence to economic globalization.
