美俄在中亚的多维度博弈——基于国际政治经济学的视角

摘要
在阿富汗变局和俄乌冲突的交织影响下,美国和俄罗斯在中亚地区的竞争性目标博弈不断加剧.该文从结构性权力视角分析,美俄作为中亚地区最具影响力的域外行为体围绕安全、生产、金融、知识四个维度在该地区展开的博弈.总体来看,俄罗斯在中亚的影响力仍不容小觑,在与美国的博弈中占有一定优势.在新的地缘政治条件下,美国对中亚的战略投入不断增加,随着俄乌冲突持续发展,俄罗斯综合实力有所下降,美俄在中亚的博弈也出现新的变化.
Abstract
The competition of goals between the US and Russia is increasingly intense under dual impacts of Afghanistan's political change and the evolvement of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.This paper is dedicated to a study of the competition regarding four aspects,i.e.,security,production,finance,and knowledge between the US and Russia,the most influential external parties,from the perspective of structural power.As a whole,Russia is in a favorable condition in some domains owing to its unignorable influence.However,new changes have emerged in Russia-US competition in Central Asia as the US keeps increasing its strategic inputs while Russia's comprehensive strength has been weakened more or less,as the Russia-Ukraine conflict has evolved into a war of attrition.
