犯罪学作为一门学科在俄罗斯创立以来,随着社会生活的变迁和政治制度的变革,俄罗斯国民对于犯罪学的认知及其实践面向的定位也在不断发生变化.在当代俄罗斯,犯罪学是高等院校教学大纲中的必修课程,与此同时,犯罪学理论研究和应用研究被赋予了愈加务实的科学内涵和实践价值.
Abstract
Since the formation of criminology as a science in Russia,with changes in social life and political system,Russians'ideas about criminology and its practical orientation have also been constantly changing.In modern Russia,criminology is a compulsory discipline in the curricula of higher educational institutions.At the same time,criminological research(theoretical and applied)is being given an increasingly pragmatic scientific connotation and practical value.
