摘要
数字赋能检察侦查具有丰富的应用场景,是对早期智慧检务的革新升级,也是对传统检察侦查方式的重塑.数字赋能检察侦查存在数据共享利用不畅、模型推广复用不足、检察侦查人才匮乏等问题.未来,在理念维度,应遵循数字赋能、人本主义与数字法治的改革理念;在技术维度,应遵循依照数据处理、模型研发、推广复用的步骤完善法律监督模型;在机制维度,通过创新检察侦查线索发现机制、检察侦查人才培养机制、检察侦查一体履职机制,实现检察侦查工作现代化.
Abstract
The digitally empowered prosecutorial investigation can be applied in various scenarios,which is both an innovation and upgrade of early intelligent prosecution,and a reshaping of traditional prosecutorial investigation methods.The digitally empowered prosecutorial investigation is facing problems such as poor data sharing and utilization,insufficient model promotion and reuse,and a shortage of prosecutorial investigation talents.In the future,in terms of concept,we should follow the reform concepts of digital empowerment,humanism,and digital rule of law.In terms of technology,we should follow the steps of data processing,model development,and promotion and reuse to improve the legal supervision model.In terms of mechanism,the modernization of prosecutorial investigation can be achieved through innovative mechanisms for discovering clues in prosecutorial investigation,cultivating talents in prosecutorial investigation,and integrating the functions of prosecution and investigation.
